YES but if you are planning to walk we suggest that you register for our NEW 5K Walk event for more information.
YES Strollers are allowed but only in our 5K distance events.

No, dogs are not allowed to run. NEW for 2026 we’re introducing a Paws Walk category in our 5K Walk! Dress your furry friend in their favorite costume for a chance to win a prize. Hop over to that page for more information.

To ensure athlete safety and provide an outstanding race experience, registration for the 5K will close when we have 1,000 athletes registered. We encourage you to register early or in the event that it happens, you can join our waitlist!
Simply add your name to the waitlist.
Athletes are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. When a spot becomes available, you'll receive an email inviting you to register.
If you choose not to take the spot, the next person on the list will be invited to register.
If you miss your shot, don't sweat it! Once you are on the wait list, you'll get an invitation in your email to register early for the 2027 event!

RunSedona has joined the HydraPak Sustainable Racing Program. All athletes will need to carry their own cup or hydration system for refills. No cups will be provided at Aid Stations.

All RunSedona courses are on asphalt roads.

There is one Aid Station on the 5K course located at MILE 1.

Athletes are advised not to alter their race distance, whether shorter or longer, during the event, as this will lead to disqualification. Course marshals will be present to ensure participants run the correct distance in accordance with their race bib. Please stick to the distance for which you registered.
