PACKET PICK-UP
For your convenience, RunSedona hosts Packet Pick-Up (PPU) events in Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Sedona. In the event that we are sold out, please avoid picking up your bib on race morning. If you have to pick it up then, be sure to arrive at least 45 minutes early so you don't miss the start of your race.
Athletes can attend one of these PPU events to collect their bib with timing tag and make any needed last minute revisions to their registration. Make sure to review all the information in the 2026 Athlete Guide before you arrive.
What to bring
Bring a valid photo ID/passport for yourself. We will carefully check that registered runners receive the correct race bib.
Registered participants may pick up a race number for additional participants by showing a pic of a valid photo ID/passport for each person.
If you're collecting more than 2 additional bibs, please make a list of names, have an ID for each one, and be patient with the volunteer assisting you.
Parents/Guardians can collect race numbers for minors. For validity, the Solutions team may assign those specific bibs.

what to get
PARTICIPANT T-SHIRT: Shirts can be picked up at the Sedona PPU on Friday or before the race start on Saturday morning. After the race, athletes can exchange sizes onsite, subject to availability. T-shirts will not be mailed.
GEAR DROP BAG: Use the clear race-day Gear Drop Bag and safety pins provided. Tear off the lower tag on your bib and attach it the handles of your race-supplied or personal gear bag. If you use a personal bag for Gear Drop, it must be clear.
HYDRAPAK SPEEDCUPS: Half Marathon, 10K and 5K athletes will receive HydraPak SpeedCups with their bib number and T-shirt.
PRE-PURCHASED MERCHANDISE: Pre-Purchased items will be available at the Sedona PPU and on race morning - pre or post race at the Concourse.

Race number pickup locations and the Sedona Expo will close at the posted times.
On race morning, number pickup will close at 7:30 AM, and no bib numbers will be assigned after that time.
DISTANCE SWITCHES: You can manage your registration via RunSignup until January 31st, 2026.
Start by logging into RunSignup, then go to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer Event.
On the Transfer Event page, you'll see your Transfer Information. Make sure all the details are correct. Complete the registration process for the new event to proceed.
Confirm your transfer by clicking the "Start Transfer" button.
