We are pleased to offer a group registration option! Take advantage of a special discount and the great opportunity to train and run together to form closer connections with your companions!
For a group of 15+ registrants, each member will enjoy a 15% discount on the entry fee. You are also granted a free 10x10 booth space on race day!
How it works

1. Captain Applies
The group captain completes the RunSedona Group Agreement form via the link below.

2. get discount
A unique discount code for 15% off will be generated and emailed to the captain.

3. register
The captain registers first and selects "Yes" when prompted with the question, “Would you like to create/join a RunGroup?”

4. create group
The captain selects CREATE a New RunGroup, and completes the information. The captain finalizes their registration applying the entry discount code at the final transaction screen.

5. Members Join
The captain invites members to follow along selecting “Yes” when prompted to JOIN a RunGroup using their group name. Upon completing the entry form, they can apply the discount code on the final transaction screen.

6. use tools
The captain can go into their RunSignup profile and make use of all of the tools offered to Group Administrators. See FAQS below for detailed “How To” instructions.

FOR TEAM CAPTAINS:
Click Sign Up to begin the registration process
Enter your information
Select Yes under the question Would You like to join a Group/Team?
Select the Group/Team Type RunSedona RunGroup
Develop & enter your Group/Team Name
When prompted, you may create a Group Password if needed.
Click Continue

No Problem! See the steps below to create your group!
Log into RunSignup, using the same account that you used to register for RunSedona and go to your Profile
Navigate to Upcoming Events > Manage Registration
Click on the menu item for Group/Team (located on the left or top)
Click on the tab "Create New Group/Team"
Select the Group/Team Type RunSedona RunGroup
Develop & enter your Group/Team Name
When prompted, you may create a Group Password if needed.
Click Continue

Click here for a list of options to invite your friends/family/group to join your RunGroup when they register .

You can self-manage your own group information, which means you don't need to contact the race director for issues regarding group creation, joining and editing.

You are welcome to join an existing group after you’ve registered! One item to note; the group discount is not retroactive and therefore RunSedona will not distribute a refund. Below are the steps:
Contact your Team Captain for the Group Name and Password (if required)
Log into RunSignup, using the same account that you used to register for RunSedona and go to your Profile
Navigate to Upcoming Events > Manage Registration
Click Group/Team on the navigation menu
From the pop-up select Join Existing Group/Team
Either select your Group name or type it in the Search Bar
Click Update Group/Team to continue
Click on the Group/Team tab, and the default view allows you to see your Current Group/Team information
Click on the tab to Join Existing Group/Team, and then you will be given the fields needed to join this group.
Once you have completed the registration process, then you will be added to the group. If you leave the registration process before completing your transaction at the checkout, then you will not be added to the group.
Please note that if you are registering multiple people at once, then you will need to go to each registrant on the transaction and select which group they will be joining. RunSignUp will not assume that each additional registrant will be assigned to the same group as the first person who joins a group.
