Be a part of the community that makes RunSedona such a popular event nationwide! There are loads of opportunities throughout the weekend to volunteer and be a part of the action!
There are varying time slots available for each role. Volunteers will be assigned as inquiries come in, and preferred roles and time slots fill up quickly so early sign-ups are encouraged.

friday 2/6/26: course set-up crew
Morning spots available for Course Set-Up Crew.This role is hands-on and active. You’ll help place course elements, signage, and infrastructure that runners will experience on race day. Volunteers must be comfortable lifting and moving heavier items but this is one of the most impactful ways to be involved.
friday 2/6/26: ATHLETE CHECK-IN
• Registration check-in (computer-friendly volunteers needed)
• Information desk support for runners and guests
• T-shirt distribution for registered runners
SATURday 2/7/26: RACE DAY SUPPORT
• Start & finish line medal distribution
• Food tents
• Gear drop stations
• Aid station breakdown & cleanup
• Parking attendants (early morning support helping direct vehicles)
